"Terrible stay. Hotel didn’t have my prepaid reservation through Orbitz. Staff was rude and unprofessional. No elevator, no electronic room keys, poor internet, small uncomfortable bed, no hot/cold water in the shower, no closet or safety box. Avoid offering this hotel through your site!"
