One would expect a higher standard from a hotel in the Hilton family. The property itself is quite basic, with rooms offering nothing beyond a bed and a bathroom—lacking even essential amenities such as soap or shampoo. The staff's demeanor ranged from passive-aggressive to outright rude, which further diminished the experience. Additionally, when the elevator stopped working, the hotel's response was completely inadequate. As a guest, it is unreasonable to be left without a proper solution, especially in a city like Barranquilla, where power reliability can be an issue. A well-managed hotel should have contingency plans for such situations. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would recommend considering alternative accommodations that offer better service and guest care.

El Hotel está bien ubicado. Tiene estacionamiento y está en muy buen estado. El personal es amable . El check in es a las 3 pm cómo en todas partes pero no empiezan a recibir documentación hasta esa hora de manera que hay q esperar a que desocupen las habitaciones para hacer el trámite administrativo que podría estar siendo adelantado. Por otra parte llama la atención que siendo un Hampton no tenga almohadas confortables, todas son duras y altas . No hay opción y dicen en recepción que ya se han quejado antes de esto pero no tienen solución

I forgot her name but from my arrival to my departure she always smile and made me feel welcome all the time! Breakfast was always cold. The hallway next to my room smells like humidity. I rent 2 rooms and we have to keep asking for towels and toilet papers. The hot water was not working the majority of time. The lights from the room not working. To clean the rooms was always a mission. Overall this hotel was the worst. I don’t recommended
