"This hotel has a grand entrance to drive up to. The rooms are large and well appointed. However, it seems like the front desk staff, at least the ones I dealt with, are not the top team. I'd ask a question and get an off topic response. Then I'd have to repeat myself. While this could be a luxury property, they need to make some cosmetic improvements like: the pool needs to be resurfaced, the roof and siding of the adjacent building needs to pressure washed and painted. "Excellent stay. Property is surrounded by mountains on end and enclosed with beautiful trees. Very calming and serene feel. There is an attached spa which is convenient. The pool is heated and easily accessible until 9 pm. The property opens up on the back end to the the beach."

"Only a few issues with the Hotel. The reception is up one level and it’s a hassle to take suitcases up and down all the time even though you have a suitcase elevator it’s a bit of a drama.Swimming pool is a shocker!!! It’s a glass pool all passers by and diners can watch you swim from underneath,like a fish in an aquarium,who wants to do that? "Adequate for 2 nights but no longer. Fridge too small. Decor dated - needs updating. No balcony/outside space. No storage or shelves in bathroom. Communal area rarely used as not inviting. Pool area not sunny or inviting. Laundry facilities excellent. Air con excellent. Staff friendly."
