"Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . There was a lounge kitchen diner . The kitchen had all the amenities you would need a hob a dual power microwave a fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom also had a TV . And the bathroom was well equipped with a powerful rain shower. The main event was the views . You are only 100 metres from Chester...

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"We had a fabulous time here. The property is excellent, check in a breeze, location idyllic and hosts fantastic.We really had a great relaxing time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the slow cooker which I wasn't expecting them to have. A great stock of board games too. It is truly a home away from home. "We had a lovely time in this beautiful house - there was plenty of living space for the whole group to spread out and we loved having a big group dinner in the grand dining room. The house is old and some niggles are to be expected (minor cobwebs, loose doorknobs, a couple of chipped mugs) and they definitely didn't take away from our love for the place (and shouldn't deter anyone else!)."

"The decor of the whole hotel was very good. We stayed in a racing themed room & the colour scheme and detailing was excellent. The public areas were comfortable and felt welcoming and cosy. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and informative. The only downside was that there was no parking either on site or close by. However, the hotel was well positioned for access to the city centre and all of its features and attractions and the entrance to Grosvenor park & river were a hundred feet away at the bottom of the street. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. The hotel was quiet despite its city centre location & the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and had all necessary facilities."

"Welcomed warmly. Swift check-in. Clean room. Free entry to spa suite which was very welcome in the mornings. Handy location for a walk into city along the canal. Easy to access from motorways. I would recommend and stay here again 100%."
