"Breakfast was nicely done. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Never used the pool, thought it was a little too warm and indoors. It's a pretty safe area, I was comfortable walking around alone. Very walkable for shopping and dining, lots of good dining options."

"There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover. "

"Good property, but this unit is not part of the hotel that also operates in the building. the front desk could not help with various items, including complaint about neighbor room smoking and cigarette smell coming into our unit, requesting soap, toilet paper, etc. We were required to contact someone via text message to ask for toilet paper and were told they did not provide and we had to purchase our own. Towels were also not changed unless we paid for it and were told it had to be paid via a...
