The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is a self contained studio cottage snuggled in the garden between a sun filled deck with recliner chairs and an al fresco eating area. It sleeps two people on a queen bed, linen provided. It has a fully appointed kitchen with stove, microwave / combustion oven, fridge, and expresso machine. It has a full bathroom as well as an outdoor secluded shower, a TV with Apple TV and Netflix, overhead fan and heater.

Our cottage stay
The cottage is located in a sensational area, a stone’s throw from Barwon River - perfect for walks, picnics, fishing and water sports. The neighbourhood was very quiet, which in peak season compared to the Main Street, was a welcome reprieve. general upkeep was neglected, as we encountered things like flat batteries in remotes and sticky residue on kitchen countertops. bed was comfortable and the back deck and front patio were lovely to use. Shower was also great - hot, strong pressure, clean and modern.
