"wonderful apartment - a real gem! 1 minute walk to city hall, on the street below the steps of the cable car. Old town within 5 min walking. Apartment in fantastic condition - fridge, air con, induction hob and plenty of utensils. The boiler needs to be kept on constantly and to be honest it’s small so preserve hot water as much as you can. Host extremely helpful. Fantastic "

"The furniture and bedding look tired and dated, but the apartment itself is spacious for the four of us, clean, tidy, comfortable and warm (we were there in mid-November). It is in a great walkable location very close to the Old Town of Saravejo. Communication is excellent. Problems were sorted out with a smile and apologies within the hour. We found everything we needed (including a shoe horn!) in the apartment. "

"It was a terrible experience . We booked this hotel and when we reached no one was there to open the appartment . We have been calling hotel . Com and the owner himself . He didn’t pick up his phone . We have been roaming around on the roads till late night and had to book another hotel to stay . He himself never bothered to contact us . We have filed complain against him and filed for refund."

"The property is modern, clean and functional. The location isn't bad if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the old town. I would've liked better bedding and sheets, but everything else was fine. I would like to thank the staff responsible for looking after the property as she was so helpful organizing our taxi back to the airport, fantastic customer service."
