The hotel was absolutely lovely inside. Gorgeous artworks, modern and spacious lobby. The restaurant and bar was amazing and staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great and the service too. Our room was simple and very clean, perfect for what we needed. The view was not too bad, the area its in looks run down, with derelict buildings and graffiti and sewage smells to one side amd a nice park and the river to another. I mean its close to a motorway and train station...good transport links so we hopped on and off of the trains, we couldn't fault the public transport system. Not sure how safe i felt walking back under the motorway at night-time, but didnt see many people. The hotel felt very safe and I would return again. Thanks for having us Hamburg!

This is a charming old/classy hotel; spacious rooms with bright & warm ambiance. The carpet, some walls & furniture would need to be a bit refreshed...
Room & bathroom was clean; daily cleaning is only on request. The bed was comfortable; a queen/king bed is actually made of 2 twin beds next to each other.
Location was very good: across the lake and in walking distance to center.
CONs: room air is not circulated and it can get stuffy; the rooms facing the lake & street are very noisy (from traffic) when window is opened.
No shampoo, conditioner, body cream provided; just liquid soap.
Not available: kettle, minifridge, ice machine, coffee/tea station, english TV channel. One would need to ask reception for anything extra (hot water, coffee, etc.). Staff is professional & polite.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Michel with our family. The location is perfect—quiet yet close to all major attractions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The hotel’s tranquil atmosphere ensured a restful night, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

"Die Ankunft war sehr unkompliziert und wir wurden kurz in Unterkunft, Umgebung sowie Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten eingewiesen bzw. informiert. Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz und war sehr ordentlich. Im Keller befindet sich ein Stellplatz mit Boot (für Angler optimal). Wer also einfach mal abschalten ..."

"Ich bin 68 Jahre und war mit meine Freundin in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses Ferienhaus kann man ganz beruhigt weiterempfehlen, es liegt so gut versteckt am Waldrand. Es hat auch sehr gut geklappt als wir ..."
