"Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy, and great location. Only small issue was that the shower is quite small, so if you're taller or bigger then may be a problem - for reference I'm 6'1 and it was a little awkward but manageable. Overall great experience and would recommend."

"We loved this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The room was great, we enjoyed the very efficient bus service into San Sebastián. Although we didn’t get time to swim, the pool and bar looked great! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to San Sebastián. "

"The facilities were maintained very well and it was easy access to the old town and bus station. "
"Modern, clean, beautiful hotel in the old town. Great, friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant too. Wonderful breakfast setup. Be aware, no access by car so park at one of the recommended underground garages and roll yourselves over. Takes about 7 minutes. "

Improve chef's cooking - natchos is horrible - thatjust mashed avocado with lemon, diced tomatoes, diced onions, grated cheese, ground beef sauteed with peppers, and tabasco. It tasted terrible. I love your caesar salad and buffet breakfast.
Your front desk staff in lare noon needs to disaggregate himself from his laptop screen. He did not make my wake up call this am at 6am, but he fid make taxi reservation at 630am. He is too preoccupied and not fully present. Cafeteria staff is sometmes there also. You need to augment staff, they are too overwhelmed.
