Its spacious layout can easily accommodate large groups, making this the perfect choice for a getaway for friends or family. You'll also be within walking distance of the marina, where you can swim and sunbathe at one of the beach areas. The Yosemite National Park South Entrance is only 21 miles away.
The sprawling private deck is positioned to showcase the amazing views and includes an outdoor dining area with two grills plus a smoker and a separate lounge area featuring a gas firepit.
Inside, you'll find custom artwork furnished by the original homebuilder, along with highlights including updated bathrooms and an impressive kitchen boasting three fridges, two dishwashers, and two ovens. The fireplace provides a cozy centerpiece for gatherings in the living area. Challenge your guests to some friendly competition with a few rounds of Ping-Pong in the garage. A tankless water heater provides plenty of hot water throughout the home. The property includes a detached apartment that houses one of the bathrooms and has sleeping space for up to 5 guestsAdditional perks include beach chairs and umbrellas for use during your stay.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
