This charming home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location in Slide Creek Estates, a gated community at Bass Lake. You will be close to the Falls Beach area for lake use and The Pines Resort area for shopping, groceries, and dining. Discover entertaining attractions within a short drive, including Willow Creek Trailhead, Lewis Creek Trail South Trailhead, Fresno Flats Historical Village & Park, Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad, River Creek Golf Course, and Goat Meadow Trailhead & Snow Play. This retreat is also conveniently located 16 miles away from the southern entrance of Yosemite.

This home away from home has been equipped with guests' comfort and entertainment in mind. When it comes to outdoor living, you will enjoy a private back patio that features a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for six. This is the perfect spot for summertime barbecues and games and creating everlasting memories with your loved ones. The backyard also faces the seasonal creek, so you may hear the calming sounds of the water. When you are not out barbecuing to your heart's content, make sure to take advantage of the community pool and hot tub, both within walking distance of the lake. And if you are in the mood for some exploring, take a scenic walk to the lake.

As you enter this snowbird-friendly retreat, you discover an air-conditioned open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one, making it ideal for entertaining. Whip up exquisite homemade meals for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen that you can later enjoy at the adjoining dining table or the outdoor dining table if you wish to dine with a view. Then, when mealtime is over, gather around the smart TV and stream fun shows, movies, or sports games. And if you are visiting during the winter months, the gas fireplace will keep you nice and toasty during your time here. When it's time to hit the hay, the home offers three bedrooms, which are located upstairs for added privacy. The primary suite enjoys an en suite bathroom, a TV, and a private balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
