The condo:
Situated on 2 floors, this is a beautiful, self-contained unit with all the modcons. The living room is spacious with a veranda for sundowners at sunset facing the lush mountains and overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
There are mosquito nets and screens throughout - I’ve literally never been bitten here. The living room, with its plush seating, offers a perfect blend of comfort and style for relaxation or socialising. There’s also a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube and a dining table for group meals and gatherings.
Bedrooms:
Each of the bedrooms is a private haven of tranquility, designed to provide you with a restful night's sleep. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with king size beds and one with a double bed. There is also an additional sleeping area with a comfy sofa bed, and the largest room has a sofa bed too. So the condo can sleep 10 comfortably. There is aircon is all bedrooms. And the condo is very quiet - there’s no noise from passing traffic.
Guest access:
The condo sits within an elegant private residence that boasts a swimming pool with a small chill-out pool, nestled within an elegantly landscaped garden, complete with a cozy seating area. There is a tennis court too. The grounds offer a relaxing, private oasis where you can unwind and soak in the Caribbean atmosphere. There is even a shaded area, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The condo is ideally situated just 2 minutes from the famous Frigate Bay Strip, 2 minutes from the Marriott hotel, 5 minutes from Friars Bay, 8 minutes from Basseterre (the capital) and adjacent to the unique and unspoilt beauty of the South East peninsula. A real gem, offering a vacation that you won’t forget.

The popular St Kitts Strip is just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk, and there you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches on the island with watersports, restaurants, bars, night clubs and much more.
Note - we can arrange a hire car for you if helpful. They pick you up from the airport upon arrival and then you leave the car with them at the airport when you leave. Couldn’t be easier. Prices start at just $30 USD per day.

The beauty of this property is hard to grasp until you see the view with your own eyes and feel the breeze in your face; it’s a tranquil get-away that you won’t forget. There’s no noise from traffic or anything else. This is a chill zone and a beautiful haven near the beach with its own pool and tennis courts where you can come to relax and enjoy the best that Caribbean life has to offer.
