Independant Gite at the Calm way in the Center

The countryside of Rachamps is where you should stay to de-stress from the city crowd. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and offers a central heating facility for comfort. It hosts a family or group of 4 comfortably.

The peaceful region offers mountain biking and walking poosibilities to discover the lovely countryside. You can also visit Bastogne at 11 km with its Bastogne War Museum, the children's centre Houtopia at Houffalize at 7 km, and La Roche-en-Ardenne at 40 km. Facilities like town center, supermarket, and restaurants are at a short distance of 3 km.

Interiors have been renovated with quality materials. The living room has a wood stove and there is also a central heating for warmth. When the sun is up, you can soak up the sun on the private terrace. The furnished garden is fenced and has a peaceful ambience to enjoy the barbecue. There is safe parking. You can bring 2 pets at €8/Pet/Night.

Public transport is at 30 km.

Alles perfect!! We zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Je kunt je auto naast de deur kwijt, zodat in- en uitladen heel makkelijk is. Het huisje is heel knus ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Niet geheel onbelangrijk: ook een goede WiFi verbinding! Op zo'n 15 minuten rijden ligt een grote Lidl, wat erg handig is. Kortom: Een supermooie omgeving om te wandelen en tot rust te komen.

Het huisje is prachtig authentiiek gezellig ingericht .fris bij warm weer .vriendelijk onthaal .met lekkere attentie bij aankomst .alles proper .keuken is goed uitgerust.maar de wifi werkt meer niet dan wel .en s morgens uitslapen is moeilijk door het verkeer dat op gang komt en de drempel aan het huisje .Het huisje zelf is een aanrader !!

Gite heel goed uitgerust en heel net. vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar die naast de gite woont. De grote charme van het huisje is de mooie rustieke bouwstijl waar je direct een vakantiegevoel van krijgt. Overdag wel wat verkeersdrukte, het huisje bevind zich op hetdorpskruispunt . pluspunt is wel dat de tuin volledig met hoge haag afgesloten is. We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in een mooie omgeving. Voor boodschappen en horeca zijn Bastogne 7km of Houfalize 5 km de dichtste mogelijkheden.

Het is een mooi huis in een mooie omgeving edoch ligt het huisje precies op een kruising. Het huis is gehorig zowel buiten als binnen. Om 0600 uur word ik wakker van de eerste auto's. Vind ik net even te vroeg. Verder is alles aanwezig en het ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. Ik vind het bed minder geschikt voor mij maar mijn gezin heeft er verder geen last van. Vanwege de gehorigheid en het bed is voor mij een reden om hier niet meer terug te keren. Een goede nachtrust is voor mij belangrijk genoeg om dit zo te melden.

Heel fijn en ontzettend proper huis, alle benodigdheden waren zeker aanwezig. Vriendelijke eigenaar. In een prachtig gehucht gelegen, met veel prachtige wandel- en fietspaadjes. Enig minpuntje is het geluid van voorbijrijdende zware motors.

Proper en gezellig vakantiehuisje,. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Gelegen in een rustige straat en mooie streek om te verkennen. Voor niet diepe slapers minder aan te raden omdat de tractors (maand april) zeer vroeg naar hun veld vertrekken en omwille van de vluchtheuvels net aan het huisje, hun laadbakken enorm veel lawaai doet maken en tevens het huisje letterlijk doet daveren. Uiteraard kunnen de eigenaars hier niets aan doen. Vriendelijke mensen die het verblijf zeer aangenaam maken door kleine attenties en huiselijke spulletjes om het extra gezellig te maken. Wij hadden onze hond mee. Honden zijn boven niet toegelaten, onze hond is dat gewoon van bij ons thuis maar niet alle honden kunnen tegen alleen zijn. Aan honden eigenaars raden we aan om 3 extra dekens mee te nemen om de nieuwe zetels te beschermen, de eigenaar vroeg om de hond niet in de zetel te laten maar omdat hij dat bij ons ook mag konden we hem dat niet afleren. Gelukkig zijn we daarop steeds voorzien.

Zeer mooi en gezellig huisje met veel uitstapmogelijkheden in de buurt. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Het huisje ligt wel vlak naast een weg met kleine verkeersdrempels die ervoor zorgen dat je zeker de tractoren of wagens met aanhanger heel erg goed hoort, ook 's morgens vroeg.
