Hotel very near to batam centre and the staff very friendly especially feli,she also recommended us restaurants that open until midnight

Love that the hotel is nearby to batam centre mall & ferry terminal. Rooms are super clean however our request to have one with seaview was denied but we'll try again next time. Staffs are polite & helpful. Hotel cafe is on rooftop with excellent view which makes up for the just ok food. Definitely recommended & high likely to return again. Thank you Santika.
