"The apartment is spacious and bed sheets are clean. However the whole apartment needs deep cleaning and dusting, all hard flooring including in the bathrooms needs mopping, all surfaces need wiping and toilet needs thorough clean. Shower has urine smells."

"The "seamless" no-contact check-in procedure was not seamless. We could not enter our Australian post code into the pre-registration form nor our Australian phone number. We called and they took the number over the phone and said they would send us to code to get in the room by 11:00 the day of. ..."
