Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"The housekeeping staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with our bags at stairs. Maybe we didn't know how to request it but in a week's time, despite having our please tidy the room sign up, we never got fresh towels and our bathroom hand soap was never filled. I think they just took out garbages and made beds. We didn't even get clean sheets because I'd had a tiny chocolate smudge I made on a sheet and it was still there after they tidied up and made the beds. "

"Beautiful new hotel within walking distance to all major sites & right next to train station. Super friendly & helpful staff. Complimentary champagne on arrival is a lovely touch, as is the free mini bar & snacks in room, not often offered by hotels nowadays! Our room was clean & cosy with all mod cons. "This is one of the best hostels I ever stayed. I stayed in female 10 people dorm. Though there were 10 people staying, I felt very private. The pods have screens, light and USB connecting port. The staffs were very friendly. I was invited to a beer tasting session and it was very interactive one. JC did the beer tasting session and he was very friendly. He helped me a lot right from check in and whatever query I had, JC helped me with it. The high street area was very nearby. There are lots of options nearby for food. There are lots of pubs nearby hosting live music session. This is the best place to stay if you are looking for somewhere nearby city and it also helped me to meet new people from different parts of the world. This is one of the best stay I had and I would chose this hostel again. "
