"Bad experience at check in. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child and at check-in I had to prove that I had booked correctly through Expedia. I also had to prove that I had corresponded by email with the staff and was promised that I would get a cot (we arrived at midnight). The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Facilities and cleanliness at a high level. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner. All in all, we left satisfied"

"I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. "It's a nice hotel with everything you need, situated at the edge of the town which is superb. We stayed at the end of the ski season. It was incredibly quiet.
