Welcome to our beautiful townhome in Baton Rouge. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house has a total of 5 beds and can sleep 9 guests very comfortably! All rooms are upstairs. The master has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a full-size bed and twin-size bed; and bedroom #3 have 2 full-size beds.
Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants. Perfect location for game days, parents' weekends, or just a weekend getaway. Enjoy the open floor plan, modern design, and cozy atmosphere. Located near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, this townhouse is the perfect home base for all of your Baton Rouge adventures. Book now for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Louisiana.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.
