Was woken up at some point with sounds of cars racing down the street. There was trash at the entrance (a wagon and i dont know what else). I never felt unsafe in the area though. Was strict about the check in time of 3pm when we arrived at 1pm. Came back at 2:45 and thankfully he let us check in. Was super friendly and gave us a 2pm check out time. Loved the Dove brand products in the bathroom to use complimentary.

This is an interesting property. It’s clearly had some nice renovations, but frayed carpet, poorly caulked tub, etc betray age. All in all, an average hotel and reasonable value, so a solid “3”. Location is convenient.

I must say that the staff is great, from the front desk and the chef who prepares the food they're wonderful. However, the room was not so wonderful, sheets were not clean nor was the pillowcases, it has a smell it also feels sticky and muggy in there. The door needs repairing as well. Maybe you all should look for a better cleaning crew. My children and I were DISGUSTED because of our room we couldn't wait to leave. Pay the extra bucks to stay somewhere comfortable and clean.

Renovation needed
The hotel is in need of renovation. The room door sticks and will not shut all the way without force. Same for several other rooms. Elevators are very slow, They could only provide 2 drying towels. each day, had to go to the desk each time and ask for more. The staff was excellent, very helpful and polite.

Internet went out , couldn’t watch tv. Called the front desk and Miracle wasn’t very helpful nor was she polite. She was slow too. Kids running and playing down the hallways. It wasn’t that clean; the floors need a deep cleaning & the bathroom need to be sanitized as there were finger prints on the toilet handle and in the mirrors. Overall I’d give the stay a 2/5.
