Always enjoy my stay at the 1Hotel West Hollywood. The staff is always so kind, it’s close to everything in this area! I was solo on this trip, and felt so safe during the entire stay!!

Old building with recent renovations creates a mixed experience, beautiful styles bathroom but inconsistent sink and shower temperature made getting ready some days unpleasant and others great.
Communication between staff departments made requests delayed or never fulfilled.
However the ease of use for the monorail to get to the strip made much of the room hassle less important.

"Hotel rooms i used were a little shabby, I had to change room on day 2 of 7 when the toilet did not work and the shower would not turn off. Beds were very comfortable. Second room started smelling badly in the toilet on day 5. Booked and paid on Hotels.com before arrival but was told i had not on ..."
