Every single person that worked at the hotel that we spoke with was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The bartender went above and beyond to provide me a little carafe of milk for my daily tea. The check in desk was very helpful on transportation options. The housekeeping staff was top notch on keeping it clean and if they saw us, checking to make sure we'd be out when they got there. An absolute delight! The ONLY downside being it's not in city center (which I saw as a plus), but that means transportation to get to anything was necessary, it was fairly easy during the week, but spotty on the weekend. But that's not at all the hotels fault.

"We loved our stay. This is a busy hotel with lots of floors in a tower and hundreds of rooms. The photos of the rooftop restaurant (VERY popular) me to believe it was a little more of a boutique property, as the rooms were super basic, but it was comfortable all the same and I slept great."
