Very nice hotel with good service. It's in a good location, 5 mins walk to Batroun old souks and all the city has to offer. Rooms are spacious and clean, with all the essentials. Also, you get access to the beach and rooftop pool. All in all, a great place to stay while spending a couple of days in the area

This is the second year we stay in BeBatroun. The hotel is amazing. We had a little incident during our stay but you can count on Ramy the manager to make things right. BeBatroun customer service is second to none. We look forward to coming back next year.

it is perfect for 1 day stay ,but the rooms are too small , the shower has no curtains or door . the hotel does not have a kitchen to order . all room service orders are done independently from the patio restaurant which is veryyyy expensive .

The service was not up to the standards. I got food poisoning from the restaurant at the hotel. Reception was not responding to my call for 5 hours. The rooms were not clean. The cleanness overall was not good
