"Good stay overall, however it is a new hotel and some improvements could be achieved : no room service or spa menu in the room, hotel does not seem to like kids going to the swimming pool since we had to insist to see if they could go. "This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY"
