Location is close to most of Batumi’s icon. Hotel is surrounded by international restaurants. The property is clean and staff were nice. The room was clean, bed was okay. Breakfast was well served and the daily soup was amazing. Thanks also to Saba from the front desk for being so nice and attentive! Thanks for a shot of wine!

The location is super. Walkable distance from Piazza square, Alli&Nino, very centrally located within Old Batumi. The hosts were friendly and cordial. Just a suggestion, if you could provide some sachets of coffee as well for the in room tea/coffee, it would be great.

This boutique hotel offered clean and spacious rooms. Good location and good value. Nice breakfast served with reasonable variety which soup and wine were highlight. Staffs are nice. Definitely will stay here again!

Great time in Batumi
Greatly located hotel with super friendly staff. The breakfast is very good with reasonable variety. The facility is somewhat old but maintained in a decent shape. Idea for improvement: The chairs in the breakfast are too low for a table. Also, the staff can easily light up a cigarettes near the guests that eat breakfast. Besides those minor issues, the overall experience was very good. Me and my wife had a great stay there.

An authentic and great stay in Batumi
Wonderful place to stay in Batumi in the middle of the high season, at a very convenient location in Old Town. Somehow an unexpected issue emerged with our reservation, but the manager, Rezo (the "boss", as we affectionately call him!) addressed it very effectively and to our satisfaction. Many thanks!! Parking proved to not be an issue, the room was terrific, and breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. An authentic and well-run place, we'd gladly return.

Better than Expected
After reading other reviews, this was better than expected. Comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. The brightness of the lights was an issue but the nice lady at the front desk was able to let me borrow a floor lamp so I was able to work from my laptop much better. There are a lot of food options close by so easy to run out and get lunch and dinner and back to work. Very close to all the attractions.

Great boutique hotel in old town.
This hotel is located in old town. There are many reataurants, casinos and stores near by. The hotel is well maintained by the owner and his family. These are an amazing people and very accommodating. Thomas is a great guy and will do everything to make you feel at home. The free breakfast was great and the view from the roof top restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommended hotel.

I wish I never had a reservation, awful
This hotel is at most 1 star. Never, never take the standard king size bed room. The receptionist could't find my reservation. The rooms smell so bad that I Slept with all the windows open, And I could't sleep at all. The bathroim smell even worst. The carpet smell like cat litter and humidity. Is in poor condition. The shower with fongus. One of the worst hotels I stayed. The glasses at the room were dirty. I would never dear to put my feet on the carpet. I think that all the good reviews are fake. No matter how much you paid, is too much.

Meget hjelpsomme ansatte på hotellet, med døgnåpen betjening. Beliggenhet i gamlebyen meget god, kort vei til promenaden langs sjøen, og low key atmosfære til Batumi å være. Fantastisk frokost i øverste etasje, og takterrasse. God valuta for pengene. Du må ha flaks for å finne ledig parkering på gata utenfor.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue terrible. Para empezar, no hablaban ni español ni inglés. Solo georgiano y ruso. Al llegar me dijeron textualmente a través del traductor que cancelase la reserva ya que el precio que yo había pagado a través de hoteles.com les pareció muy bajo, entonces querían que pagara en lugar de los 200 laris que tenía acordados en la app, querían que pagase 390 laris por cada noche. Yo me puse en contacto con hoteles.com y no cedí a los chantajes de el dueño del hotel. Que insistía en que si no pagaba lo que me pedían que me fuera y tampoco podía cancelar la reserva yo porque entonces me le iban a cobrar. Al contactar con hoteles.com una chica muy agradable me comentó que les iba a hablar a intentar resolver el problema y en resumidas cuentas lo que acabaron haciendo fue que la aplicación me cambió a un hotel mucho mejor viendo que era imposible que los dueños del hotel cedieran al final no paguen ni un solo euro más de lo que había acordado pero no me pude quedar en este hotel al ser Georgia no me planteo denunciarlo pero si fuera un país de la Unión Europea sin duda alguna. Así que gracias hoteles.com por tan amable soporte y por supuesto reservaré con vosotros en el futuro
