"I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was extremely clean, in walking distance from lots of waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.

"We had an excellent stay. The pool area is outstanding and where we spent most of our time. The pool is clean and so welcoming. The outside area isn't overlooked at all which makes for a lovely, relaxing stay. Vittorio is very responsive and lovely to deal with. Any issues or questions that we had were quickly answered. Inside the property the kitchen is basic but completely adequate for our needs. The aircon is excellent and made for a good night sleep in the heat. The villa itself is very close to the beach and various restaurants. Booking is needed for the time that we stayed. Public transport is very limited and taxis are expensive if wanting to traval outside the area. We would certainly recommend renting a car. All in all, a wonderful, relaxing stay. "
"Lovely setting, close to beach and restaurants, quiet getaway from bustling city. Only downside is difficulty with transport due to work stoppage strikes during our stay causing us to pay a high price for a taxi to get there rather than the bus as we had planned. Early morning bus the next day was running so we were able to get to the airport on time. They do offer a shuttle but it is also expensive and must be reserved in advance."
"Great overnighter..had a 13hr layover. Still a great location if you want a bed and breakfast in Rome. Bed and breakfast owner "Marcos" called local restaurant and asked that they served me food, eventhough they were closed. "
