You can practice many activities in the surroundings (golf, horse riding, festivals (opera or theater) in season or even reach the banks of the Loire accessible in 25 minutes from the cottage.

This town house located next to the church, offers you on the ground floor a fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, ...) with dining area, a living room with television, a master bedroom with a double bed of 160cm x 200cm and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. A laundry room (washing machine, cleaning equipment) and a separate toilet are also on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the cottage has a bathroom with shower, double sink unit and WC, and 3 attic bedrooms each with a wardrobe:

The cottage is located 5 minutes from Baugé, its many shops and its village of character rich in heritage (castle and Apothecary of Baugé).
