"The space itself was delightful! Very clean and updated. The location was convenient; however, there was construction going on next door with a large dumpster sitting outside - very close proximity to the driveway. They were respectful and only worked during daytime hours, it was just kind of an eye sore.We were not there too much, so did not affect us much - just something to consider."

"This is a nice apartment surrounded by other rental units. There is adequate seating, and the beds are comfortable. There were four of us staying for 3 nights, and I wish there had been more than 2 large towels provided, and ice trays and baking sheets for cooking, but other than that, we had everything we needed. "We stayed in Bay city for a softball tournament for Fathers Day weekend. There were 3 families and a dog and it felt like there was plenty of room. The house was cute and had lots of sleeping areas for the kids and adults. The owner allowed us to have our team over for a pizza party in the yard and the girls loved lounging back there. The owner was very attentive. The neighbors were close but all very nice. There were plenty of towels and coffee provided. We suggested maybe having more sheets...
