"Starting with our negative experience. The property was not very clean i.e. the refrigerator had not been cleaned, dusty headboard and stained pillowcases in the primary. Initially propery looked well put together however due to water damage or maybe simply age it was evident this house had some issues. "Arrived 5/2 house was clean& comfortable, great location, grill was brand new perfect view! On 5/3 in the evening we experience lights flickering slightly. On Saturday morning 5/4 power started failing off and on we heard popping and crackling noises then smelled electrical burning. Notified management - they said someone would be in contact. for the next 5 hours I tried to call and text NO ONE CAME TO INSPECT THE HOUSE, NO ONE CALLED BACK. The management company just let if ride. We could not...

"The place was nice but had some maintenance issues. Some of the fans didn’t work and there was a broken tall chair at the kitchen island. The floors were a little mushy in places and the outside lighting was mostly nonexistent. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work but kept trying with some loud noises. The place was clean though and it was very close to the beach. "

"This place was perfect! From the cool beach theme decor, the super comfortable bed to the location. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. When looking for a place to stay I read a lot of complaints about the water smelling like rotten egg but you wont have that issue here. I cant wait to go back! I can't wait to fo back."

"The house was amazing clean and well put together had a lot of fun with friends and family we definitely made some memories. The view of the beach was the cherry on top ☺️ 10 out of 10 "

"We booked our trip right before the storm and were worried about not being able to keep our reservation. The company reached out via phone and was very accommodating. We were able to adjust our stay a day later. The rental had a lot of space and had everything we needed. The beach was about 2 blocks down, but we ended up driving because we had a bunch of stuff to haul. We would definitely rent this place again! Thank you for the great memories and awesome customer service!"

"Our trip was with several friends and lots of small kiddos, we had plenty of space and the house was great to let them play and run around, very kid-friendly! Everyone had a bed and a comfortable place to sit and chat or play games into the evening after the kids went to bed. The mosquitos were horrendous, to no fault of the owner. We came pretty soon after the hurricane so some debris and mosquitos issue I understand is out of their control, overall the beach was great because it was short...

"Great property! Comfortable furnishings, spacious kitchen, spacious bathrooms. Everything looked new and worked well. Amazing view from the deck! Great place for children, bunkbeds as well as an outdoor fenced area to keep the littles away from the river. The pier is lighted and a great place to fish "
