"45 Steps is an incredibly beautiful property with exceptional hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a great stay at the cottage and in PEI. While it was late in the season, there were still a lot of restaurants and other facilities open. The cottage is within good driving distance of eastern and central PEI, and we managed to visit several places including our favourite beach Basin Head, which was very quiet at this time of the year but just as beautiful. The cottage is within hiking distance of Greenwich National Park, although we chose to drive there and then do the 4.5 km hike across the boardwalk to the scenic dunes and beach. While the hurricane washed away the beach in front of the cottage, there was easy access to the beach to the west that leads to the Greenwich Dunes. Nothing like being on the north shore - we enjoyed the days when the ocean was quiet as much as the couple of days when the ocean was roiling. The cottage was well-equipped and certainly met all our needs, including the privacy we were craving. The owner Don was next door in a smaller cottage and was friendly, helpful and available on short notice. We enjoyed our talks with Don. We would definitely go back!"
