My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay over the weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Glennis, Jagger, and Dave, which set the tone for a relaxing and memorable visit.
The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—returning to it each day after exploring the region felt like coming home. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that are worth the stay alone. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the covered pool while soaking in the scenery—it was the perfect way to unwind.
The thoughtful touches throughout the accommodation and the genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"
"Wow! What a view from the balcony! It was amazing to arrive in time to see the sun going down over the water. We were met by Jane who showed us around the property, recommended some trips for our short stay, places to eat and walks - all were excellent suggestions. The Loft was incredibly well kitted out - tea, coffee etc, a cold beer on arrival, bathroom lotions, games, books… The morning kayak trip was fitted into a busy itinerary & much enjoyed. Jane kept in regular contact and helped out when a medical visit was required. The most difficult thing about our stay was finding time to relax and enjoy the beautiful property whilst also seeing as much as we could of what the bay of islands has to offer. It was all wonderful! "
"The beach house exceeded our expectations. The house which has a great outlook over a little bay. It is well equipped with a huge deck and plenty of space. We enjoyed wallowing in the spa after swimming to the pontoon and taking a kayak out for a paddle is an extra bonus. The hosts were friendly and helpful during our stay"
