"This is a good choice if you like authentic village settings - and dogs and cats! It's in a small stone village where the owner is renovating small cottages and turning them into tasteful guest accommodation. He's doing a nice job and is very helpful and friendly. "Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away. "

"It was all inclusive resort, which was a surprise for us, the food was actually pretty good in the buffet. What I was surprised is the price for what they call a premium alcohol which was extra. It was outrageously expensive. The beach equipment is very old and needs attention. Seafood restaurant on premises is crazy expensive, you a better off going into town and eat there."

"It’s what you would expect, rooms are enormous for the price and view is incredible, I stayed there for 2 nights, I was visiting Ephesus and its convenient location was nice. Hotel employees little too friendly tho, they were talking non stop and you would wanna escape eventually but overall nice stay. Hotel rooms are not the cleanest but it’s not like it’s dirty just feels like a home. But I would expect tidy cleaning from a hotel usually but for the price it’s aight"

"The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned there were fingers prints and fluid on the large chrome toilet buttons to flush toilet, shower head & glass were covered in water marks n dry wiped cloth marks. Shower became a swimming pool after 2-3 minutes flooded the floor. Towel holder was broken, glass door to bathroom was disgustingly dirty pen, marks & fingers prints all over, Towel rail was broken and left in a draw .thick dust on top of mirror & air con unit.. Clean room, good furniture and shower, friendly staff, nice view, and the lift by the pool brings you down to the water which makes it into a great location.
