"Very good"

"From the moment that you enter the hotel, it’s like you’ve stepped into another world. The reception area is beautiful and likewise are the staff that greet you at the reception. My husband & i were given complimentary juices, which were delicious, and given an extensive and helpful run through of what to expect from the hotel experience. The staff were amazingly helpful. We stayed in the comfort double room which was large and clean. It had a balcony and complimentary slippers & toiletries. The only negative was the heating, it wasn’t warm enough for us despite getting help from the staff. The shower and tap had great pressure and were hot. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room had a well-stocked mini bar which doubled as a fridge. Complimentary breakfast was provided as part of the stay which had an array of hot and cold foods. Spa use was complimentary too - available for use how many times you want throughout your stay. The facilities were excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from terminal D bus stop which gets easier to navigate to the more you do it. Traffic in Tirana is crazy so I wouldn’t recommend getting taxi unless you want to pay - as bus is way cheaper and you’ll be sitting in the same traffic. The food from the restaurant was delicious too. Unfortunately a medical emergency left my husband and I unable to do all we planned to on our itinerary, but we wish to come back to experience more of this beautiful hotel and city. "

"Booked it as a walk in, as had to move from other unsuitable accommodation. Had looked up hotels that had an rating of EXCELLENT and specifically made our way to this one, having read the reviews. At reception, I then booked it through Hotels.com. It had everything that the reviews said and I too would rate it as EXCELLENT. Very close to the city centre. Modern and comfortable. I would have liked to have seen a much better selection at the included breakfast. Everything else was fine and we will be returning"

"This hotel has always been my go to when visiting Albania. It’s clean, comfy and super convenient with the airport close by. They also offer a delicious breakfast and a shuttle bus to and from the airport. There’s a guy in the front desk who’s tall, glasses, he goes above and beyond and just makes the experience a million times better. "

"A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. The pool was amazing, the food delicious and cocktails always hit the spot! The hotel also has a private beach which is a very short walk through the grounds and is clean. Only downside was the beach bar was closed during our stay which was a shame. "
