"We stay in Redondo/Hermosa beach area every year on our way home from Sydney Australia to Canada. This is our first stay at Shade hotel and it will not be our last. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are large and good value for money. The bar and restaurant have everything you need and everything is accessible via a short ride/walk down the strand. Epic stay"

"Parking was $40 and there was an additional resort fee I wasn't expecting but even after all that I had a 5 star experience. The bed was the most comfortable ever, the hotel and area were quiet, I got to gaze at the sea and watch the seals. It was so beautiful."
