"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"The Four Points is a traditional good hotel, clean and with good service. The location is ideal to get in and out of Jacksonville Brach. Many restaurants are in walking distance. On site parking is offered for a daily fee of $18 but free parking is plenty just across the street in fron of the hotel. "
