"Our trip was for our annual golf outing so we needed a place that was located close to restaurants and sports bars plus golf courses. Check in was simple as was communication with the host Brandon. Clean simple and relaxing. The host is there if you need them. "

"Overall the property is really nice there are a few touches that need to be touched up which as the shower head where the ac unit is on the wall needs to be touched up and repainted and a couple pieces of trim but we enjoyed our stay greatly."

"Great communication from the day before, during our stay, and checking out. The house was even better in person! It has everything you need from cookware to beach towels, coolers to wagon for hauling the kids beach toys. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room to spread out, relax but still be together. Very clean! Absolutely perfect for large families."

"Cute duplex house with a private fenced in backyard. This house is just a few blocks from the beach. We walked to the beach a few times so we didn't have to pay for parking. It is also less than a mile from the hospital where my grandchild was born (which is the reason we were in town). We were very pleased with our stay. "

"We've stayed at several places on Jax Beach and this is one of our favorites. It has easy beach access. There are also some nice shops and good restaurants within easy walking distance just a few blocks away."
