Bayside Reverse Living Contemporary located just a few houses to the beautiful white sandy beaches. Situated on the cusp of North Beach and Harvey Cedars. Bayviews from multiple decks including the roof deck. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and large open space. Ground level has an extra den / living area. Plenty of parking. Beach Access at Lane 1131 Across Street. 10 beach badges provided (8) LBT and (2) Harvey Cedars - allows for easy use of bay beach at 75th Street. 6 bikes provided as a courtesy, but not guaranteed. Tenant responsible for repacing missing badges. Pillows and blankets provided for 2026. Child equipment available: crib, high chair, toddler bed rail, pack-n-play, stroller, child picnic table, dining items, toys. New Ground level sun room is set up with 2 twin beds and queen pull out sofa. 2 air mattresses in main closet (1 twin, 1 queen).
