LBI CONDO:
Beautiful oceanfront condo in the heart of Beach Haven. Spectacular Ocean views from living room, master bedroom or covered balcony. Updated kitchen with granite counters and porcelain tile floor. Two bedrooms each with cable television. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.. Living room has a pull-out sofa. The unit has two full bathrooms. Enjoy the peaceful sunrise and sound of the ocean from inside the condo. You can’t be any closer to the beach. A few steps to the best restaurants and all major attractions in Beach Haven. All 5-star reviews and many of our guests return year after year.

Other Amenities

Free High Speed Internet, YouTube TV with over 125 channels. Four beach badges are provided at the beginning of the season. There is no guarantee of their continued presence throughout the summer, however this convenience is provided at no extra cost and we have NEVER had a single tenant not have them upon their arrival! Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heat for all season use, 48 in. flat screen TV in living room and 32 inch flat screen color TV's in each bedroom, DVD player with a variety of movies on-site, telephone, walk-in closet, outside showers, and two reserved parking places (one covered). Towels and linens not included. Sealy Posturepedic Mattress in Master (Queen) bedroom. Living Room has pull-out sofa.

A beautiful ocean front condo!
My husband and I stayed with our dog in this beautiful ocean front condominium. We had a wonderful stay. Vaseem’s home is clean, cozy and so relaxing. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. The large balcony really was amazing. I’m already planning to come back with friends! The only small areas for improvement were the couch and master bedroom mattress; both were not the most comfortable. Overall, we loved this condo and we were sad to leave!

Wonderful Winter Beach Stay!

Great March get away
The condo is decorated nicely, felt homey and very clean. The balcony is the best feature! Going in March we knew the weather could be chilly. But the sun gleaming on the balcony each morning and a view of the ocean from bed was a huge plus! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful!

Ocean all the time
We love Vaseem’s condo! Even on rainy days, the covered balcony let us enjoy the proximity to the ocean. The condo has everything we need, and is a cozy place to relax and refresh. Communicating with Vaseem is quick and easy; she’s so responsive and resolves any questions quickly and easily. We’d give it/her more than 5 stars if we could :)

Perfect little getaway
Sweet little space with an amazing view!! The property owners could not have been any nicer. The check in and out process was super easy and ocean front views were nothing short of spectacular. The pearl street location is both quiet and close to the main attractions in and around bay village. Great space for a great price.

We are so happy to have found Vaseem’s condo! Terrific view from the balcony, rain or shine. Plenty of room for the two of us in comfortable surroundings, with very nice amenities. Groceries, restaurants, shopping and Pickleball all close by. Vaseem is a great communicator, quick and friendly.

Enjoyable Beach Haven Condominium
My wife and I sincerely enjoyed staying at this property and had an excellent weekend. We began every morning having a cup of coffee on the deck and watching the fishermen on the ocean. The high table and chairs were perfect for this. The property is comfortable and enjoyable. The owner is pleasant to interact with and is an outstanding communicator. We hope to return to the same property next year and are already looking forward to it.

Fall getaway weekend
The apartment is spotless. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Owner was always instantly available for any questions and even left welcome gifts for us ! The view from the balcony is spectacular, we saw dolphins swim by! We watched the sunrise from the master bedroom and could listen to the surf at night. Highly recommend this lovely property.

Perfect Winter/Spring Get-Away!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property right on the beach for Spring Break / Easter Weekend! Property is very accurately depicted in listing, communication with Vaseem was easy, checking in and out was simple. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. You do have to bring your own towels and linens, but we were driving so it wasn’t a problem. There is also a company that will supply these. Location was perfection! We fell asleep listening to the waves of the ocean. Lots of restaurants and stores are open considering this is the shoulder season. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend to friends and family and hope to be back again next year.

Great rental, amazing location!
We absolutely loved our stay. It’s in a great location, right on the beach. The patio is amazing, great to enjoy the beach and water views. We loved the beach area right in front of the condo and it was an easy walk to everything in Beach Haven (restaurants, store, shops, mini golf, etc). We didn’t use our car the whole week. The unit was really clean and perfect size for our family of 4 plus dog. Vaseem was an absolute pleasure to work with, very organized and responsive and truly just a wonderful person…the type of person you want to rent from. Highly recommend!

Mid winter escape
This was a much needed escape for us from the hustle bustle of New York City. In my search, I found this oceanfront, pet friendly rental, and the reviews were sparkling...and accurate! This lovely condo is a treasure. Clean and comfortable, with balconies off the master bedroom and the living room. It's well appointed and equipped for your stay. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels as mentioned in the listing. Vaseem is a fabulous hostess. Her warm, welcoming home is certainly a reflection of her. Upon arrival we discovered a lovely welcome gift of a sparkling fruit flavored beverage, crackers and cookies. Such a nice touch! Vaseem, thank you for being a wonderful hostess! We are especially grateful that your rental is pet friendly. We think our dog Bailey misses the beach and the balconies every bit as much as we do! We hope to return to your beautiful place again!

Girls Weekend
This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. A quiet place with a view to be with friends. Even though it was February the covered porch captures the morning sun and we were able to sit out and have our coffee outside. It was nice to stroll the beach then come back to hot soup. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and there are nice touches throughout the condo like binoculars to observe the birds. Each room has its own heat control and the three of us and all had a comfortable place to sleep and some privacy. Even the pullout sofa was comfortable. I saw the most amazing sunrise right from the couch. There are a few things open in Beach Haven in February and we were the only unit occupied in the complex but that just added to the privacy. The hosts are easy to contact, check in was seamless and they offered a late check out because they did not have someone checking in. The condo building is older but everything worked perfectly and we really felt like we got away. I would stay here again.

Beautiful beach veiw
This place was great. The beach view is wonderful, the beach itself is just a steps away from the unit. The unit itself was clean and well maintained and the host was a pleasure to deal with. We went in the off season (early March) and it was like having that part of the island all to ourselves. The down side was, not much to do because very little was open. This suited us fine, as we enjoyed the handful of restaurants that had year round hours and we were able to drive off the island to find things to do. Atlantic City is about 45 minutes to an hour away, so not bad, and there are plenty of towns and shopping areas just off the island. We would definitely rent this place again as the location is just perfect for those that want a great beach view from the deck and like to be close to the beach. If you want more to do close by, book during the summer. We enjoyed the solitude and having the beach to ourselves, even if it was on the cold side weather wise.

A little piece of paradise by the sea
My partner and I retreated to this property with mom and doggie to spend a few family days by the sea. Our experience far exceeded our already high expectations. Communications with Vaseem were prompt, informative and courteous always. Entry into the property was seamless. The condo is decorated with loving touches that instantly made us feel at home. Everything we needed in the kitchen to serve beautiful sunset dinners on the balcony was at our finger tips. The view is absolutely majestic. At night we watched tv, played games and spent time laughing completely stress free and by day we soaked in the sounds and smells of the ocean which is so close you feel like you could reach out and hop on a wave. The beach is literally right there!!!The beds are very comfortable and we all slept like babies. This place feels like a giant hug when you walk in. I will never forget my time here and doubt I will stay anywhere more perfect than this at the Jersey shore! Thank you Vaseem. If I could I’d give you 20 stars! Unforgettable!!!!

Perfect in every way!!
The owner Vaseem was attentive and very friendly through all of our text messaging. The Condo is very clean and well stocked with a regular coffee pot and filters (yay, because I forgot filters and we particularly do not like the Kureg coffee machines.). The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of blankets and pillows if need be. The master bedroom has it's own sliding door out to the deck so you can leave it open and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The living area also has a slider to the deck area with a high top table and chairs and even a lounge chair. I guess you could call it more of a balcony then a deck, but it is very spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Unique to us, the lock on the front door automatically locks after a few minutes if you forget to lock it, which is a nice feature. Oh and let's not forget about the welcoming snacks and sparkling lemonade... nice touch. All in all we give it a 10.0. Best of luck to the new owners, Vaseem and Zafer.

Beautiful Beach Getaway
We have stayed at this property once before, and we have never forgotten it! The location is amazing; a gorgeous ocean view from the living room, bedroom and balcony, beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could ever want. You can easily walk to breakfast places, tiki bars, and some restaurants. But, best of all, the beach is right there for your relaxation and enjoyment. The owner, Vaseem, is amazing. She is very accommodating and goes the extra mile to make your visit memorable. We can't wait to go back!
