Family Fall Beach Trip
We all had a great time at your lovely home. We especially enjoyed peaceful water view and all of the various shore birds there were to watch. The pups liked that too, The house was clean and well equipped. We had some great fish dinners and barbecued on the back patio and did I mention the view! Would definitely stay there again. Lovely views of nature, birds, sunsets. Highly recommend this property. Also convenient to nature trail on Cedar Bonnet Island and, of course, to LBI beaches.

Property has stunning bay views and cute coastal decor! Had a great stay and had everything we needed. Our check in time was listed incorrectly on booking and response time with host was a little slow but thankfully neither affected our trip or was urgent.

Boho beach perfection!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! The view is priceless and the beds are so comfortable! The master bath is so beautiful! The sun room is the best room in the house! We ate meals and played games in there all while having a beautiful water view. We would highly recommend.

Very nice house with a great view. John is a great communicator, made sure everything was ok. Our kids thought the loft was awesome, like there own little apartment. Would definitely recommend this house.

My family had a lovely time at this property for a few nights. The house has amazing views, and easy access to LBI. Quiet location, easy to find, and great communication from the owner. Enough space to have some privacy if you need, furniture was comfortable, and house is well-appointed.

The house was perfect for our needs. Enough room for the under-one baby to get some play time, and plenty of space for the adults to relax. Didn't really use the kitchen for cooking, but it had everything you would need for a beach getaway! Quiet neighborhood.

Cool layout to spend time with family and friends. Nice sunset views. Traveled in February so didn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities but this was a clean and comfortable place to linger for a few days. Host was very responsive. Highly recommended and would return.

Girls Weekend Away
My four girlfriends and I escaped for the weekend to relax in a beautiful house. The beds were great and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view was amazing and the host could not have made our stay any easier. We hope to do it again next year!

Great getaway with husband and kids.
Great 3 night stay with the family. House was very comfortable and had a great water view. We were only 4 people however there was so much space upstairs in the loft area with additional bedding could easily have invited others. Would recommend - quick trip into LBI.

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful and well kept. All of the windows make it feel so light and airy, beautiful to watch the sunset through if its too chilly outside. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We brought out 4 month old baby with us and our stay was very comfortable! There was enough room in the master bedroom to set up a pack and play (although no bathtub, only showers). The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, seasonings and coffee (basically everything you’d need) and they left a cute basket for us! John was very communicative the entire time and answered all questions almost immediately ! Would definitely stay here again

Fabulous , better than expected
This home is amazing !! The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings made for a very livable and cozy setting with slider doors off both kitchen and living room to the patio the inside and outside flow beautiful. The yard was a wonderful spot to hang out in the evening!! The view! The sunsets!!! The house is fully updated bathrooms and kitchen are well- appointed and spacious. John is amazing and very much the perfect hostess making sure all is perfect fir your stay .

This house worked really well for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to hangout and sleep. All of the kids fit in the very large loft. We really liked the open concept. The house was very clean. Beautiful views! Nice neighborhood too.

Great place for island vacation
Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed all the amenities that the house offered, it is just a 5 minute ride to surf city and beaches. The house was updated and spectacular, central air, a fire pit and grill outside in back, two full bathrooms, and a outside shower, if you are a fishermen or love crabbing you will enjoy this house even more, also if you have a small boat or any type of craft this house is ideal.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the property this Memorial Day weekend . Very conveniently located in proximity to the boat yard, LBI and other essential retail. Instacart deliveries were available and the property management was very easy to connect with. Clean and well kept property. A keeper for our VRBO board!

Great Location
The description of this beach house is very accurate. We have enjoyed our stay twice - March and May. It has been a perfect place for remote work and quick access to LBI. Beautiful views - the birds are entertaining and the sunsets are a calming end to the day. The master bath has undergone a nice transformation - now with a lovely shower. John is great with communication.
