"This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. The garden is communal - there is no division...
