"This was a great place! We had seven families who came together for Thanksgiving with kids between 1 year up to 19 years old. The slide was a an absolute hit by all the kids and even a few adults! The rooms worked well and there were lots of bathrooms for all. The kitchen is a great size and having two of everything made a difference. As far as seating we had kids on the counters but there is also a table in the basement that some of the older teenagers liked to go eat at. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning and it would be so much fun to go back here in the summer to swim in it too! We would definitely come back though! The only negative is that there isn't a large living room space. With 14 adults at night we wanted to sit and talk or play a game and we couldn't all fit on the couches so we had to sit on kitchen chairs. "

"The hosts were absolutely the best! They have thought of everything in their beautiful home. The location is stunning and the property was fantastic. We had family members from 2 to 87 years old and everyone had a great time! We will definitely book again!"

"Decided on this property due to its location and beautiful lake views, and it did not let us down! Check in and check out was super easy, and Ashlie was fantastic answering any questions we had. The house is simply loaded and has anything you could need for multiple families. And did I mention the lake views? Overall, this property is highly recommended if you covet a luxury experience in an absolutely tremendous new home in an amazing location!"

"It was nice that this property can accommodate a big group. We have some with trailers & some without in our family, so this was a good compromise. The kids loved the river. The lot is big but I feel like it could be utilized better especially if you are bringing trailers. It was kind of like playing Tetris trying to get everyone in the parking area. The house is in great need of some TLC. There were holes in the walls, stains on the carpets & walls. The kitchen table had food smeared on it & there were mouse droppings in the drawers & live mice running around! The bunks in the bunkhouse were so narrow that no adult dared sleep there plus a couple were broken so not even the kids wanted to sleep there. Be aware towels for the bathrooms are not provided & you need to bring your own. The two kids toys outside were both broken as well as a couple of the picnic tables. The comforters are dry clean only so who knows how often they get wash. I think it makes more sense to just put the blanket and sheets & no comforter or get a washable comforter because it's going to get dirty. Luckily we still had a good time but in all honesty I don't think I would ever go back unless things were fixed up. It was lower in price than some that accommodated that many but I guess you get what you pay for. "

"We had a great time at the BFG! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our cooking. There was plenty of room for all of our extended family. The community was nice and the views of the lake were beautiful!"
