"11 minute drive to restaurants at Bear Lake and marina. Just a 21 minute drive to the North Shore beach in Idaho. Peaceful, quiet location with beautiful views of Bear Lake. We had two SUVs with trailers (ATV and boat) and there was plenty of room to park. Easy check in and the host was very helpful and prompt to help with needs. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again!"

"This lodging had a very impressive view. It was clean but could use some organization in the kitchen and some improvements to the approach driveway. Rocks and big holes make it difficult to back a large boat trailer up to the house."

"I booked this expecting a “luxury” home experience, but our stay fell short of expectations. While the home is beautiful and large, the house was not adequately cleaned upon arrival. The hot tub was non-functional throughout our stay, and several amenities were missing (no basic soap in the showers). I suppose I just expected as a “luxury” listing there would be a higher level of cleanliness & attention. While the host did reply within 24 hours there was never an effort to remedy the condition. As we were there on vacation the last thing we wanted to do was hang around and wait to meet a property manager. The listing makes you feel lake access is close at hand. Actually you need to drive several miles to find lake access. The BBQ grill was disgustingly filthy and needed a thorough cleaning before use. We spent 20-30 minutes cleaning it before we felt comfortable cooking our meal on it. When I mentioned it to the host, she simply thanked me for our efforts to clean it. The vent hood in the kitchen was loaded with grease and dead mosquitos - I am sure it hasn’t been cleaned recently. The pool queues (necessary for playing) were broken. Young grandkids still played even though the cues have no “tips” on them. Despite contacting the host about these issues, no solutions or remedies were offered. I would not recommend this listing if you’re seeking luxury for your stay. It will accommodate a large family. Expect mediocre cleanliness & attention & a 15 minute lake drive."

"This property was the perfect home for our little getaway with some friends and our kids. The view was amazing! The home was fully stocked with anything we could need and it was super clean! Definitely going to come back again next year!"
