"The hotel is really clean and quiet. I really expected it to be noisy because it's near the airport, but I rarely hear planes taking off. I needed to photocopy my papers and the staff did it for free. That's costumer service!!!! I would return to this hotel again if I ever go back to Anchorage."

"We have stayed here a few times for hockey tournaments and I usually love this hotel. In this last stay, I called before booking with my arrival time to verify the airport shuttle and was told it would be no problem since it is 24 hours. When I landed and called, I was made to feel like it was a huge inconvenience to send the shuttle and had to wait 45 minutes. We will probably stay here again for tournaments, but I cannot recommend it to others who would be flying. "
