This home boasts a prime location for exploring North Carolina's Crystal Coast, with downtown Beaufort and the farmers market only two blocks south. In addition to having the North Carolina Maritime Museum around the corner, you'll be a short and scenic drive from the beach on Radio Island (less than three miles), Atlantic Beach (seven miles), and Fort Macon State Park (nine miles).

Begin each morning outside on the classic front porch, sipping your first cup of coffee, reading the newspaper in a rocking chair, and watching the neighborhood wake up. Back inside, you'll be greeted by the comfort of central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi to help you plan the day's excursions, and a breezy, open layout that makes spending time together effortless. Enjoy a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room where you can screen your favorite movies in the evenings.

I only have one suggestion that there be a few more kitchen utensils. Otherwise, we enjoyed it thoroughly. House was extremely clean and well organized. Front porch was peaceful. We will surely be back.

Nice House!
We enjoyed staying at this property and it’s a very smooth check in and checkout process. The house was clean and modern. The location was great to walk to downtown where there were several restaurants, shops, and a ferry. We took the ferry to Bird Shouls and enjoyed how nice and quiet it was. Lunch at Black Sheep was good although service is slow. Dinner or lunch at Beaufort Grocery is really good. You must try the cake! For the Ferry, reserve this ahead of time as they sell out. We didn’t find any while sand dollars but lots of seashells. No bathrooms on the island. The house has a nice front porch and it’s across from a police station so we felt safe. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash was provided along with towels and linens. The kitchen was well equipped.

Great location, cute house, but the roaches...
The bungalo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it is a short walk to the waterfront. We had 2 issues- there was mold all over the front porch chairs, so since we had booked 4 nights and there was a hose connected on the side of the house, we went ahead and cleaned them. Our other issue was each night we had a large roach crawling in the living room. My husband found openings behind the tv where holes had been cut for the wiring but not sealed with foam, and the flooring had a few small gaps where roaches could get in. I personally don't like pesticides inside a home where I am sleeping, so a good spray at the base of the perimeter of the house, along the eaves, etc. should stop the roaches from entering. That method works very well at our home in Raleigh. We loved the bungalo and will definitely return!

Great Bungalow!
We've stayed at this property before, and it's been great both times. The only challenge this time is we had great difficulty with the code to enter the property and also to lock it. After the fourth or fifth try, the door would magically unlock, but then we couldn't get it to lock when we were leaving! We finally were able to speak with someone at Vacasa and they reset the code from their end. Thankfully we had no further problems.

Nice get away
Property is cute, simple and quite functional. Being able To bring my dogs was why I rented here so BIG BONUS for that! Would have enjoyed having a toaster… only drawback. Overall, very comfortable stay!

We came to Beaufort for a long weekend to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the spot was perfect. Easy to walk to everything, comfortable beds and great kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a small family trip!
Property is fairly clean, some spots missing but anything mayor. Smooth and quick process to book. Great location. It was a nice experience for my family special having a baby with us.
