Liked that it was close to historic district and other points of interest. Room was very quiet for a first floor and could hear nothing between rooms - like the 3 am water flush from the adjacent room...if you know what I mean. Staff are all amazing. Housekeeping could use a "little review" but other than that, we had an excellent time. Love the upscale "feel" of the room itself. Breakast was more than adequent - and kept very pristine and well attended to make sure the next group coming to enjoy would only see freshness and cleanliness. Wifi did not work in room but was strong in lobby sitting area. Heat was a tricky operation and the TV could not offer streaming....but there was so much to do outside that these minor "issues" were only a blip to the overall greatness of this location. We had another minor maintence issue that was quickly resolved.

The staff was very friendly and the room and property was very clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thin...not comfortable at all. The water pressure was horrible and there was no lighting around the mirror in the bathroom. The bath towels were small and thin. Barely had enough for our overnight stay....had to ration to make it through.

Our suite was quite spacious and well-appointed! Very convenient and pleasant accomodations for our grandson's Marine Family Day and Graduation. Front desk staff, Whitney and Daveisha, could NOT have been more helpful and personable! We highly recommend Springhill Suites!

Our stay with you was brief and completely fine. I just want to voice my opinion as a traveler with a background in hotel management. A few things are easy to fix and some design change suggestions for new builds. Hotel rooms are much too dark. Please add additional lighting to the rooms for work and reading - light is a feeling of happiness. The bed reading lights did help but overall, just felt the rooms lacked warmth. I’m sure this could be corrected with lighting adjustments. Travelers with kids…we appreciate a sink area separate from shower and toilet. Our particular room… we are a thin family but the walkway from the end of the bed to the bathroom wall….pretty tight for 5 of us walking about. Loved the couch trundle. Great idea! Also loved the luggage rack spanning the wall above the heating/ cooling unit. The walk in closet turned out to be a great asset. We used it as a changing area if someone was already using the bathroom. It also served as a place our kids could play on their phones at 6 am when we wanted a little more sleep. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Very rarely do you get more than you expect but the SpringHill Suites in Beaufort far exceeding my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I felt right at home. Wherever I travel I will look for this chain.
