No service staff; baggagist; dining room terrible like a canteen in a factory; beef bourgignon unchewable; No food service M-F!!! Terrific location; nice desk staff. 3rd rate hotel. Would never stay again. Beaune has some lovely hotels. This is not one.

Disappointed that the in house restaurant was not the ee same as shown on the photos . Major changes had happened between December 23 and April 24 leaving a much lower standard of restaurant. Had we known this, we would have chosen to book a higher standard restaurant within a short walk of the hotel.

"In your face luxury" with little real convenience
Hello! The 10 minute guest car parking for check-in was taken by some huge 4x4 trucks overnight. This totally ruined my check-in, moving my car in reverse risking an accident, moving to a far away place, leaving necessary things in the car. Being laxed on some abusive guests means an unfair neglect to others. Also, providing a kettle in the room but no tea bag is not very thoughtful. Sorry but the overall impression is "In your face luxury" with little real convenience.

Hôtel très bien situé. Loges dans une suite un bémol cafe soluble donc il n’y a qu’une bouilloire deux doses de café à revoir. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix pain dur et viennoiseries immangeable.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es ist super gelegen für einen Stadtbesuch. Wir hatten eine Suite, die schön groß war aber leider ohne Karakter. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war nicht überzeugend mit Milchpulver. Das Rührei nicht geschmackvoll. Keinen Schwarztee....die Croissant und Pain au chocolat musste man am Vortrag die genaue Anzahl bestellen. Sehr ungewohnt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit an der Lobby und im Frühstücksraum. Schade betreffend dem Frühstück!
