"We did NOT stay at this hotel. We checked in and was greeted by a gentleman who refused to give me his name! He called his wife to meet us at the room. She opened the room with the key and left. Once inside I was shicked at the condition of the room!! It was disgusting. I went to the office and asked for a refund. I was told they don't offer refunds. I explained about the condition of the room and told him it needed to be cleaned. He called his wife who showed up at the room and said, "I just...

"I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"

"Our group of 5 adults really enjoyed our stay. Centrally located for the sites we wanted to see, restaurants, convenience store, gas, all right there. The 5th bedroom advertised only had a crib but we made due. 3 story house, plenty of stairs obviously, railings could use some tlc but that's about it. Property was spotless and comfortable; our group would definitely stay here again. "
