"This apt is nicely tucked into a great location within the historic Oregon district which was convenient to all the things we planned to do while in Dayton. "We enjoyed our stay. Everything was smooth. Clean. Beds were good. Space was plenty. Neighborhood was pretty nice. Convenient location and parking. My only complaint that really needs to be addressed. It was a heat wave and the upstairs had to be 10 degrees hotter than downstairs. To sleep, I had to put the AC way colder than I normally would. Worked out OK, but the AC has to run a ton. Maybe a way to improve that? Still would recommend especially for a very fair price."

"We had a very nice stay. Perfect location for food, shopping, events, etc. The unit is in a very nice and well maintained area. We felt safe and at home. The check in an out process could not have been any easier-which is very appreciated. The furniture and appliances are in very nice shape. As other visitors have expressed, the property is well equipped for dining and relaxing."

"We were in a family road trip for 9 days, this was by far the best value of any hotel on our trip. There was nowhere that we stayed better for less money than that hotel. It looked like a lot of upgrades were made with painting, fixtures, carpet. Breakfast was on point. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants, and gas station. "
