"Loved the outdoor bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable. I like that there are only ~10 villas on site. Lovely breakfast served on the balcony each morning. Friendly staff. The only problem was that there was a lot of plastic and rubbish burn-off every day happening next door. This is not the hotels fault. However, every time we went outside to our bathroom, the smell was really bad and felt very unhealthy breathing it in. "

"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! "We absolutely loved our stay at Jati cottage. We were really sad to leave. Our room exceeded our expectations on arrival. Our room was accessed up our own set of steps, we had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. 2 double beds side by side which was perfect for our needs, there was also a sofa in the room. "We stayed at Bulan Bali Homestay for 5 days. The room was clean, service was great, and having a common kitchen was handy as we used to leave around 6 a.m. almost every day of our stay. "Amazing accomodation . Nicely laid out rooms facing swimming pool. Breakfast restaurant is detached to the hotel and vouchers are provided to use the same. "

"The family are very friendly and tge breakfast Was good. They made you feel welcome and treated me like family. I was given a yellow rice Dish when they were celebrating a ceremony and Told me that eating the yellow rice is part of their culture. Overall was a good experience."

"Well the previous reviews were right, Gede (the owner) and his family provided amazing service. From check in, booking island tour, hiring a scooter, arranging a fast boat for us to get back to Bali was all so easy, great prices. (Was cheaper getting the fast boat back then there) Whilst the pool was small, it was prefect only a small hotel so never full with people when the place only had 1 room left. Would recommend. "
