"The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the Véloroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming...

"A part le volume de la salle a manger et la cuisine. Le logement est très sale, toiles d araignee datant de mois voir année . Les chambres sont sales et a fuir si vous faîtes des allergies. Pas de lumière dans les toilettes en remplacement des veilleuses !! Une chambre qui fait a peine 4 m2 sans lumière. Cher pour un logement insalubre. Sans parler de l électricité qui se coupe, nous laissant une bonne partie de la soirée dans le noir."

"This is comfortable auberge with spacious rooms - a good place to explore the Normandy region. There was an issue with the dinner which I had paid for however didn't seem to show up in the booking. However the problem was very quickly resolved jointly by both Hotels.com and the the Auberge owner. I'm very satisfied with the promptness and the customer service of Hotels.com."

"2 weeks with my husband and son. The gîte is compact but with a wonderful outside space which is completely private. Great location for Fécamp itself. "We had a really nice time, the apartment is great and very near the center. Just few things before you book, as it is advertised as Jacuzzi/Sauna apartment with parking garage. There is no garage and you park on the street, when and if you find a spot. Jacuzzi and Sauna is an extra cost €60 for 2 or €80 for 3 or more people for 2 hours, which you need to book in advance (might not be available for your chosen time however).
