The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. "Staff were excellent and very friendly, we arrived well before the check in time but they were still able to accommodate us. Hotel was very clean and modern with a great bar area and relaxing seating areas. The bar is open 24hrs. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Very good secure parking plus street parking if required. Location is a short easy walk to the centre."

" Hotel stay was great - only issue was reserving money on my credit card blocked my card for future purchases even though the final charges for my stay were paid. In my option the bill should have cleared by the reserves and I should not have to wait a day or so to see them clear down ! You need to review your charges process please "
